  WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER! Appalling service. Over a week waiting for my delivery which was due today, but as predicted it is not out for delivery even though the depot is 10 minutes from my house! Now they are telling me to wait a further three days. Will never use Yodel ever again. It's a matter of time until the company closes down. Not even worth one star.

  was out when driver showed up and left card. went to rearrange order, got confirmation email stating delivery would take place, took the day off to ensure someone would be in only to find out that the local depot had changed my delivery to collect only. So essentially a delivery reschedule confirmation email doesn't mean that. no email stating the change had taken place, no help from yodel as the local depot has made the decision and head office can't override. useless service, no help to resolve and worst of all can't even honour their own agreements!
