  Very helpful. I initially popped in for a bulb, which they fitted for free. On the subsequent service they collected and delivered my car, which was useful as I live near Cobham in Surrey. The service was hassle free and they kept me informed of costs along the way and were very reasonable. Service indicator reset, Digital Service Book completed and car washed and vacuumed as well. Hard to fault. Would definitely recommend this professional friendly garage.

  Honest, straightforward and will not mislead customers, or try to upsell unnecessarily. I actually chose to bring my car with full Mercedes History to MercServices as I trust them more than the two approved dealers closest to me (namely, Gatwick Mercedes, an "approved" dealer with questionable customer service, and what seemed like service managers with high sales targets)
